Introduction

I believe that an effective therapeutic relationship is built upon trust and an authentic connection between client and therapist. Many individuals are apprehensive about starting therapy as change can feel daunting. I strive to provide a comfortable and supportive environment that promotes positive change at your own pace. In my practice I provide care to a wide range of individuals from varied backgrounds and specialize in working with college and graduate students. I utilize a collaborative and integrative approach to therapy, informed primarily by relational, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral approaches. My areas of specialization include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, family issues, pregnancy and postpartum, domestic violence, and life transitions.
