ABOUT ME I am a highly engaged, caring person with expertise in custom designing marital change experiences that promote lasting growth. I have specialized experience and training in how to build an optimal marriage, and dealing with marital conflict, infidelity recovery and repair. ​I take a whole person approach to helping each partner improve themselves in service of greater wellness individually, and in improving the marriage specifically. I also have expertise in helping people create behavior change programs such as overcoming compulsive pornogaphy use, parenting systems, and health/wellness behaviors. ​I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with degrees in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Psychological Science. I’ve been committed to delivering, developing, and evaluating approaches to strengthening relationships and overcoming marital distress for over 25 years. For the last five years, I've been doing full time couples therapy work exclusively through the Well Marriage Center.
