Introduction

I work with adults who experience anxiety, depression, past and recent events traumas, PTSD, panic attacks, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. I specialize in integrating mindfulness and (CBT) cognitive behavior therapy with EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy) and EMDR Intensives, which means clients do not suffer longer than necessary. Clients can process entire traumas in a safe environment, shortening healing times and without processing independently compared to traditional therapy. I also have groups for women over fifty and employers seeking help for their employees suffering from stress and burnout. I can help clients cope with trauma, childhood abuse, domestic violence, social anxiety, religious trauma, panic attacks, phobias, recent traumatic events, and PTSD. These challenges are often overwhelming, sometimes causing a profound hopelessness or helplessness. Together, we can navigate these complex symptoms and emotions. My approach is warm, mindful, and direct in a non-judgmental atmosphere. I aim to help you discover and harness your inner strength, moving towards authentic peace and resilience. I work with clients anywhere in Texas and in the Fort Worth area, either virtually or in person. Please do not hesitate to contact me.
