Introduction

It can be a highly emotional time to start over in life, facing the stress of it all, the anxiety, the loss- we all need some support during these times. These are times in our lives when we need someone to be unbiased, supportive and honest while we come face to face with our past and present, in order to build a successful future. I will work collaboratively with you to identify goals and teach you skills that you can utilize, even after our time together has concluded. It takes a brave person to ask for help and I provide a safe and caring environment for individuals, families and couples who are ready to work at building that successful future.
