I support children, teens, and adults who are struggling with many life challenges including blended families, attachment issues, trauma, sex, transitional issues, eating disorders, self-image, self-esteem, immigration issues, gender identity, school difficulties, parenting challenges, and women's issues. My style of therapy is warm and compassionate. I use a collaborative approach by building on your strengths to help meet your therapeutic goals. My treatment process focuses on vulnerability and connection. I will take the time to truly listen to you, and help you feel empowered.
