ACCEPTING AGE 18+: NOW is the time. If you’ve been struggling with an issue and wondering when you should take that next step to get help, the time is now. I obtained my Master’s in Education from the University of Houston-Victoria. I have experience working with adolescents, and adults and have worked in a variety of settings, including inpatient hospitals, outpatient mental health centers, and governmental entities. I utilize a collaborative approach, recognizing that the client is the expert on their own lives. Using both cognitive behavioral and solution focused therapy, I work together with clients as a guide toward achieving their goals. Hope is a word many of us know but few still believe in.
