Mona S. Ellis is a licensed, trained, experienced therapist who has provided health and human services for over 25-years. Specializing in Behavioral Health Services Psychotherapy related to individual, family, and marital/partner/couples counseling. She is also a knowledgeable SAP Professional with over 6-years of experience working as an SAP for DOT Safety Sensitive Employees. Mona S. Ellis is also former employee of Harris County, Harris County Mental Health Authority, and current contractor for Behavioral Health and EAP Consultants consisting of over 20 years of working in the health and human service industry. Mona S. Ellis has worked as an Administrator, worked with Behavioral Health Services Clinics, EAP consultants, Insurance Companies and Small Business Employers to help individuals comply with DOT Drug and Alcohol policy, Industry Logistic Leading Companies to ensure public safety and help individuals promote recovery and provide counseling to individuals experiencing family issues, child and adult trauma, work stress, employment issues, substance use, and cooccurring disorders. SERVICE DELIVERY We utilize online Visual Audio Tele-Health Services via the Simple Practice Telehealth Platform. We provide the most affordable and comprehensive level of intervention services for DOT/Non-DOT employees in safety-sensitive positions for return to duty, individuals, and families in the recovery of substance use disorders, alcohol, cocaine, marijuana, and opioid addiction. As mandated by the company or DOT, we provide visual audio Telehealth Technology via the simple practice telehealth platform to conduct SAP evaluations. We provide client with clinical mental health and substance abuse screenings, counseling, and referrals to medical programs for medication-assisted treatment and maintenance. We also utilized visual audio telehealth services to treat substance use disorders locally, in rural areas, and across the nation.
