Introduction
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with children, adolescents and adults. My mission as a therapist is to help clients find their way to loving their whole self and creating balance and joy in their daily life. As a therapist, I strive to create a non-judgmental, emotionally safe environment for my clients. My specialties include treating issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, crisis, anger management, panic attacks, mood disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and grief. In addition, I have experience working with children who are in foster care or have been adopted. Depending on your individual needs, I utilize the treatment approaches of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy as well as incorporating Play Therapy techniques to help build more robust coping skills and overall life satisfaction. I am now accepting new clients through Anthem, Optum Health, Aetna, Cigna and self-pay for in-person as well as tele-health options.
