Introduction

I am here to help foster hope on your journey. My goal is to create a respectful and enriching environment that can help you or your family increase insight, communication, or identify positive coping skills to meet life's challenges--ultimately bringing about the power to evolve and heal from life's trials. I am a client-centered counselor who believes a non-judgmental environment helps to set the stage for healing and empowerment--whether that's navigating current life stressors, anxiety, depression, a new diagnosis, trauma, grief, parenting tools, improvement of relationships, or a host of other topics. I'm here to help. The goal of my practice is to help restore balance in your life. I offer therapy to individual adults. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Qualified Supervisor in the State of Florida, in good standing. I am also a National Certified Counselor (NCC)/Board Certified Counselor through the National Board for Certified Counselors. I am accepting new clients. I specialize in therapy for adults, depression and anxiety, parenting techniques, grief/loss, trauma, adjustment disorders, and life transitions.I am an LGBTQ+ Ally. I am a member of the Florida Counseling Association, Chi Sigma Iota, American Mental Health Counselors Association, American Counseling Association, Florida Association for Infant Mental Health.
