Introduction

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of Florida who uses a mindful experiential approach in order to break your generational cycle while helping you work on your communication with yourself and your family. My passion is helping increase your emotional awareness by using somatic awareness to decrease your anxiety and depression symptoms so you can live a joyous and fulfilling life. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Processing) to assist with trauma, anxiety, and depression symptoms. I offer a generational healing program for moms in Florida with kids ages 1-12 who want to work on intergenerational trauma work using EMDR resourcing, mindfulness skills and emotional awareness.
