My name is Melinda and I help overwhelmed and lost humans just like you: ones that have it within them to calm their chaos, and desire to build resilience while clinging on to hope; but just need the support and tools to get there. First, we will chat about the growing pains life is throwing your way which is causing you to feel shame, guilt, and failure; resulting in irritability, inability to focus or complete simple tasks, and broken relationships. Then we will work on shifting your thinking and adjusting your pattern of living while embracing growth and healing that will be most effective for you. Through our work together, you'll be better at understanding your needs and how to communicate with those who are most important to you, being present during the best times of your life, and becoming an expert at managing your chaos. I am dedicated to helping people find themselves. My training in EMDR, CBT, and PMH, means I have the experience you need and deserve when reaching for your highest potential. But at the end of the day, you want to know you're working with someone who "gets" what it means to be completely overwhelmed, lost in life, and struggling to balance it all, right?
