Welcome! You just took a big step in finding help and that takes courage! My name is Megan Winkler, and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). Also known as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas. I am able to see clients' in TX and CA! It can be difficult to know if you’re connecting with the right professional. I am someone who is passionate about your mental health and am driven to help you succeed! I have a Bachelors in Psychology and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am a nationally certified counselor (NCC). I have a history of working with the incarcerated population, foster children, cooccurring disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, PTSD, anxiety disorders, depression, grief and loss, codependency, postpartum, impulsivity, sex offenders, and couples and family. I am also certified in EMDR and provide these services. I enjoy exploring new foods and cultures, reading a good book, taking my pup to the park, and spending time at the beach.
