Welcome to my psychotherapy practice. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in trauma, relationships, and Mindfulness approaches to healing. Utilizing EMDR to assist my clients with reprocessing past trauma, I offer a safe and effective method for addressing the roots of trauma and skills for regulating emotional and interpersonal triggers. I honor my clients' needs and respect their autonomy, offering insight into their current struggles and helping them to heal from past experiences impacting their emotional and psychological well-being. I offer both in-person and video therapy sessions.
