I believe people are always doing the best that they can with the skills they have. My job is to support you through whatever you are going through, while also fostering your growth. My counseling style is warm, collaborative, and direct. I bring curiosity and a sense of humor to my relationships with clients. My approach is strengths-based and solution-oriented. I use evidence-based tools like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). I have worked with clients with depression, grief, stress and anxiety, relationship issues, parenting struggles, OCD and ADHD. I have also helped many people with histories of trauma or abuse. We will tailor your treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Change is scary! It takes time, and it takes courage.
