Introduction

Margaret is passionate about helping people (re)discover their self-love and hope. She recognizes the many ways that experiences, environments, and larger societal systems impact each of us. Drawing from trauma-informed, relational, and humanistic approaches, she supports folks in breaking through false narratives about who they're "supposed to be" so they can focus on who they are. She also uses mindfulness-based practices to guide reconnection with, and feeling safe within, one's body. Therapy with Margaret involves weekly 50-minute sessions, and can occur as brief-therapy or in long-term form.
