Dr. Liz A. Caine is a compassionate healer helping clients to feel empowered. She has over 16 years of experience working in the field of mental health, supporting people facing grief and loss, terminal and chronic illness, trauma and anxiety, and depression. Her clinical work is informed by a strong connection to contemplative practices, social justice movements, and an ability to reflect client’s inner wisdom. Traveling and living in Asia and Europe during college taught Dr. Caine cultural humility and an appreciation for people and cultures around the globe. She studied meditation, compassion practice, and spirituality in her advanced degrees, setting the stage for a therapeutic style based in gentleness, insightful clarity, and respect for the wisdom each client brings to their own healing work. In particular, she provides a safe space for the LGBTQ+ community.
