Introduction
My therapeutic approach is tailored to address your individual needs while helping you move past the trauma and issues that keep you stuck. By working together, we can identify destructive relational patterns, identify your strengths, and help you learn how to heal and maintain your mental health. I work with adults, and adolescents who struggle with anxiety and panic attacks, relational conflicts, including those with a history of abuse. If you have a negative self-image or feel stuck and talk therapy has not been enough, then maybe it's time for something new. I view therapy with a client-centered approach and utilize evidence-based treatments including EMDR, CBT, insight, and somatic (body & mind) focused therapies.
