In today's world, the demands from work and family often leave no time to manage the things that are constantly on your mind. Do you often feel that parenting is a constant demand? I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, sexual assault, substance use, family therapy, military trauma, those in the process of gender reassignment, stage of life adjusts, and those managing parenting demands and family conflict. I’m proud of you for taking the first step to seek support. My goal is to provide and explore tools so life doesn’t feel so overwhelming.
