Hello there! My name is Leah Brown. I am a trauma-informed licensed professional counselor and life coach. I see counseling on a spectrum - with support counseling on one one end transformation on the other. On this spectrum, I am deeply on the transformational end and seek to work as efficiently as possible to help my clients achieve their personal counseling goals. My passion is blending the powerful benefits traditional talk therapy, EMDR, and experiential therapies to bring transformational change in the lives of my clients. I specialize in intensive session packages and adjunct EMDR sessions which allows you to receive specialized trauma therapy while keeping your current therapist, if you have one you love. I have found this synergistic therapy model to be the most efficient way to gain personal transformation allowing you to skip the waitlist and giving you faster access to select spots. These packages are designed to support your preferred schedule and timeline for your treatment goals; they are truly the fast-track to progress because you are able to have dedicated and concentrated time.
