Hello there! I'm Kristina Francia, a licensed clinical professional counselor and the proud owner of Green Root Therapy. I established my practice in the summer of 2021 with a clear vision in mind: to create a therapeutic space where my clients are seen as unique individuals rather than mere numbers. In my clinical practice, I have a dedicated focus on women's issues, assisting clients in cultivating self-esteem, confidence, and overcoming burnout. I strongly believe in an integrative and collaborative approach that empowers my clients to achieve their goals. One area I am particularly passionate about is working with new moms, offering support during the beautiful yet challenging journey of motherhood. Additionally, I specialize in helping couples navigate conflict and communication issues, guiding them towards healthier relationships. I also excel in supporting individuals and families through strenuous transitions, addressing infidelity concerns, and providing assistance to families coping with adult children who are grappling with serious mental illness. My ultimate goal is to facilitate growth, resilience, and overall well-being for my clients. By creating a therapeutic alliance built on trust and empathy, we can work together to navigate life's obstacles and empower you to live a more fulfilling and balanced life.
