Therapy is about starting a new relationship that has the potential to help you improve your sense of self, how you see others and how you handle and process your emotions. There is great potential in therapy for you to learn to remove barriers towards emotional growth and to help you feel less blocked or stuck by your past experiences. I’m here to help improve your quality of life and learn to better accept yourself with compassion and less judgment. I strive to provide services that are racially inclusive and competent for all BIPOC. I have competency and compassion in working with the LGBTQIA+ community. I also have 10 years of experience and I am competent in helping you address: anxiety, depression, relationship issues, sexuality, gender identity, self-esteem, life transitions and addiction/recovery.
