Introduction

I work with adults of all ages to process and develop strategies to manage life's stressors. Issues are discussed with the understanding of how microaggressions, communication breakdown, and limited social support impact choices and behavior. Working collaboratively, we'll highlight strengths and define how to meet resource needs. Virtually, I offer talk and movement therapy for individuals.
