Introduction

Hi! My name is Jon and I am a licensed therapist in CT. I have worked for the past 8years with clients from many different backgrounds struggling with a variety of challenges in life. I specialize in trauma work, anxiety, and aiding clients in having a deeper understanding of themselves. I am an LGBTQ+ friendly therapist clients and all are welcome to reach out for a consultation. I utilize leading modalities to tailor therapy to each of my clients. I do this by incorporating concepts from Humanistic Psychology, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and more.
