Introduction

My treatment style is influenced primarily by cognitive behavioral therapy. This treatment style focuses on identifying those stressors, internal and external that are impacting your life, collaborating on developing and applying those strategies to real life situations. I may use other treatment styles should they be better suited for your needs. In a safe counseling environment we can explore your strengths, identify stressor/ concerns, learn new techniques, refine your skills as you work toward your individualized counseling goals.
