I hold a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision, a M.S. in Mental Health Counseling, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Play Therapy. I look forward to working with you. About my Approach Although my approach to therapy typically includes existential-humanistic and solution-focused approaches, I am well-versed in many therapeutic approaches and often use play therapy with adults. What You Can Expect The overall goal in working with me is for you to become a better you. As I mentioned, while I challenge my clients in session, I am warm, encouraging, and incorporate humor. I also create an inviting atmosphere for clients to be open, honest, and transparent.
