Introduction

"We are all in this together, and there is no therapist and no person immune to the inherent tragedies of existence." - Irvin Yalom I, like every other therapist profile you've looked at, believe in meeting you where you are at. But what does that really mean? You tell me. The past, your coping skills (or lack there of), your relationships, trauma, your mid life crisis, school, life transitions- let's talk about it. Want to die? Let's talk about it. Feel like you need a sounding board for all of the thoughts in your head? Let's talk about it. Your hatred for the capitalistic society that is keeping you tethered to a job you hate when you'd rather be doing something(anything) else? Let's talk about that too! I'm here to support you and your journey, no matter how impossible that might feel. The treatment modalities I utilize the most are listed below, but don't get hung up on that because it's minimally important. The quality of the relationship between us is the strongest predictor of treatment success. So don't judge me on my modalities, judge me for our sessions; and if you don't like me, lets talk about it! (see what I did there?) I offer service members/veterans with clearance 100% confidential sessions.
