Specialties: Trauma, Mindfulness, Life Transitions, Grief, Physical Wellness,

Introduction

Humans are wired for healing and I believe each person is the empowered expert of themselves. My approach is collaborative and focused on identifying unhealed wounds/traumas, using evidenced based interventions that support the healing of trauma while assisting each client to improve and expand their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellness. In addition to psychotherapy, I have been teaching yoga and mindfulness since the year 2000.
