Introduction

I am passionate about holding space and empowering women as they navigate pregnancy, postpartum, birth trauma, and other women's issues. There are far too many women and couples who keep the soul-crushing pain of infertility and loss tucked away from view of their closest friends and family. While these challenges are all deeply personal, I believe that holding space for these experiences is one of the best ways I can express care and support you in the way you deserve. My passion comes from my personal and professional experiences. I know what it is like to overcome some of the challenges that come with motherhood and family building. The values that matter most to me as your therapist are: ☀ authenticity- I will never pretend these experiences are not messy. I will keep it real. ☀ empowerment- There's so much out of your control, but I will help you tune back into what you can control. ☀ collaboration- YOU are the expert. I am here to walk with you.
