Introduction
Do you have a difficult time managing your emotions and coping with every day stressors? Do you feel like its a daily battle to just make it through the day? Are you currently in recovery or on the path to recovery? If this is you, I can help you navigate life and develop healthy tools to cope. I work with men, women, adolescents and children who struggle with emotional, mood and/or behavioral disturbances. I also have experience and training working with veterans of war, and adults dealing with addiction, anxiety, depression, anger management, and/or bereavement. I possess a unique understanding of human emotions along with in depth understanding of emotion regulation especially as it relates to addiction. I recognize that we create from our past experiences to shape who we are and I take great interest in the use of creative techniques to assist those in exploring their past as it relates to their present. Are you feeling overwhelmed and unmotivated with life? Do you want to take the next step to improve yourself and how you feel? I provide telehealth & in person sessions. I offer a safe and calm environment to help you begin to heal and process unwanted emotions. I offer space for you to be heard and to express yourself fully without judgement.
