Introduction

As a master-level clinician in training, I aim to help you leave better, healthier, and happier than you came. Everyone’s healing journey is different, and I aim to meet YOU at your point of need, assisting you towards your goals for wellbeing. I create an empathetic environment that is committed to helping my clients succeed. My experience includes working with underserved youth, families, and women who live with substance abuse, low confidence, depression, loss, and anxiety. I work to co-create a safe therapeutic space and incorporate various therapeutic styles such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychosocial Therapy. Life has its difficulties; remember to pause… breathe…and let me help you as we take one step at a time!
