Introduction

Life can sometimes be challenging and confusing. It's hard to ask for help and open up to someone that you don’t know. I believe in creating a safe place for you, where you can be open and honest, knowing that you will be respected and not judged. I strongly believe in a collaborative approach to therapy where I can help you reach your goals. I take a trauma informed approach to treat men and women's issues, adolescent and adult issues, substance use disorders, adjustment concerns, and relational problems. My integrative style uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (skills to regulate emotion) and motivational interviewing to help you reach your goals. I invite you to take the next step in your journey towards wellness!
