Hello there! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor committed to helping children, teens, and adults reach their goals through mental health counseling. My main focus is developing a comfortable + trusting environment for my clients to flourish in life. Mental health counseling can feel daunting and it is my top priority to ease all my clients into the process. I have the skill set to work with a varity of individuals across the lifespan with varying concerns, but my main areas of focus are with working with children utilizing play therapy and those aflicted by trauma/PTSD through EMDR.
