Hello and welcome to Serenity Therapy, PLLC Some information about my practice: I am a believer in the transformative power of talk therapy. My goal is to provide a safe space for each person to process and explore their own thoughts, feelings, and lived experiences. I hope for each client to find a sense of peace and balance in their lives. I focus my work on issues related to anxiety, trauma, and personal growth. I work with adult women age 18 and up. I use a wide variety of approaches and believe that each person can evolve on their journey. About me: I enjoy movies, traveling, and yoga. I love animals and spending time with friends. I am an advocate for all things self care. I have two daughter's that keep me young! :-)
