Introduction

've engaged in mental health services approximately 15 years and have been counseling about 5 years. I am a solution focused therapist that utilizes a person centered approach, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma informed care. I established Refuge Counseling Services August 9th, 2019. At this time I am only offering Telehealth services. My specialties are coping skills, substance abuse counseling and gender identity/sexuality. However, I welcome any concerns from anxiety, depression, family conflict, life transition, stress and a range of other topics. Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.
