Introduction

Hi, I'm Elizabeth, Owner of & Clinician for MH Matters, LLC - welcome! I've been a therapist since 2004 and work with children, teens, young adults, adults, and couples dealing with symptoms of anxiety, work/school stress, trauma, depression, family/relationship conflict, parenting, and more. In addition to the couples I see, I work with individuals, no matter age or relationship status. I use a systemic perspective, blending my training as a marriage & family therapist with other modalities that can provide skills and strategies to clients along with the validation and support. I am non-judgmental and collaborative with my clients' needs and wants from the therapy process. I'm licensed in Virginia, Kansas, and Washington state: all clients must reside in one of those locations. I'm neurodivergent friendly, a LGBTQ+ ally, anti-racist, feminist, affirming, and pro human rights. It's very important to me for my clients to know they will be safe, affirmed, and validated for who they are and anything they share. I provide virtual appointments (please scroll down for options and prices). *Self-pay only! A Superbill (itemized receipt) can be provided* A Good Faith Estimate is provided at the time of scheduling or upon request. Medicare is not accepted.
