Clinician Headshot

Elizabeth Collison, Ph.D.

Clinical Psychologist Therapy Lab
Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Stress

Introduction

As a clinician at Therapy Lab (www.therapylab.com), I am excited to offer psychotherapy to California and Washington state residents via telehealth technology. I have worked with adults across the lifespan (18-100+). I utilize evidence based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and components of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These treatments make use of structure that will guide effective change toward desired results. I aim to find a balance between focusing on problems and celebrating strengths and progress. I am receptive to feedback and aim to provide supportive and compassionate care. If you believe I would be a good potential fit and worth further exploration, please call the Therapy Lab office for a free consultation call with our staff at 213-712-9595 or visit www.therapylab.com.
