Introduction

Greetings and welcome! My name is Kelly. I live and work in the Dallas, Texas area and specialize in systems-oriented psychotherapy for adult individuals (age 21-64). I'm here to collaborate with you toward discovering and connecting to your true self and living the life you really want, given all our imperfections and the uncertainty and inherent pain of human life. For all of us, there are things (distressing issues, emotions, behavior patterns, events, "symptoms," etc.) that get in the way of this, and sometimes therapy can be helpful with getting back on track . . . getting unstuck. I'd like to help. Below, under "Services," you'll find more information about my focus areas and scope of practice, the therapeutic approaches I apply, and my session fees. Currently accepting individual clients, but couple practice is full at this time. If you think you might be interested in working with me, we can start with a preliminary consultation over video (15 min., no charge). Sessions after that can be in person, in my physical office in North Dallas, OR in my virtual office if you're anywhere in Texas.
