Introduction

Change is never easy, but always possible.”- Barak Obama Are you ready to make some changes? Whether voluntary or involuntary, change is hard, but many times necessary. Yet, what is the first step in making or accepting needed changes you might ask… A positive and open mindset. Mindset is the steppingstone to active change and acceptance in life. Welcome, my name is Diamond Williams, I am a LISW-S. I have many years of experience in psychotherapy including areas of training in TF-CBT, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness. I hope to aid you in addressing different issues including but not limited to, self-esteem building/empowerment, depression, anxiety and more. I enjoy working with teens, adults struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and self-esteem concerns. I also see clients that have concerns with postpartum depression and other perinatal concerns. It is my mission and goal to ensure my clients feel supported, understood, and heard. I pride myself on creating a safe, judgement free and positive environment for all. Through transparency, compassion and trust, I hope to collaborate with you on your journey to wellness and prosperity.
