Introduction

Working with people has always been a passion. Helping people has always been my calling. I have worked in the field of mental health and social services since 1995. My objective is to give individuals the tools they need to overcome life challenges and learn how to take control of their mental and physical well being. The ideal client is someone who is willing to put in the work and challenge themselves to find peace of mind and internal joy. I have experience treating men, women and children of various mental health, behavioral health and struggles with addiction. I believe in creating a partnership with my clients and consider myself a part of a team with everyone I help.
