Hi and kudos to you for taking a step towards healing/change. With over 18 years working in the mental health profession, I specialize in helping clients manage life transitions, perinatal mood/anxiety, and trauma concerns. I also have extensive experience and training working with foster care and adoption related concerns. I believe in utilizing an integrative psychotherapeutic approach, which means utilizing a variety of orientations and therapies, to meet my client's needs. I'm also a Dona trained Postpartum Doula.
