Introduction

Sometimes, it feels like the world is spinning faster than we can keep up, leaving us feeling overwhelmed and disconnected from ourselves. Expectations feel unsurmountable and we forget what's truly meaningful to us. In our journey together, we'll honor the experiences that have shaped you into who you are while holding space for their pain. I'll support you in discovering meaningful coping skills, exploring the values that are important to you, and understanding how to hold boundaries that help keep you safe. You'll learn to feel good about your decisions and confidently say no to what no longer serves you or lifts you up. Stop living within other people's comfort zones and start living life how you were meant to. It's time to take off the mask and allow space for the real you to arise. Reach out to me today for a free consultation to see if we'd be a good fit. MY BACKGROUND I have been working in the fields of mental health and wellness since 2010 with people of all ages, backgrounds, and reasons for wanting to improve their mental health. I have worked in a variety of settings - ranging from schools, acute-crisis settings, hospitals, jails, community/street-work, and in-home. I also have specialized training in working with folks who have experienced human trafficking, domestic violence, incarceration, adoption, or religious trauma.
