Introduction

Hello everybody! Thank you for checking out my profile. I have been a psychotherapist for over 14 years and I enjoy working with adolescents, teenagers, young adults and parents. Having a solid foundation and starting point in life is essential and I want to be there to help you on your journey to be the best version of yourself possible! Communication is key as we transition through life and making sure that you have the proper help and support (and parental guidance) is key. That's where I come in. I work with a plethora of therapeutic modalities, and I have been intensively trained in DBT and CBT therapies, and continue to seek weekly supervision. Finding a therapist that is right for you is like finding a house, a spouse, or a pair of shoes: sometimes you have to try on a few to make sure it works for you. And that's okay! If after a few sessions you feel that you need something different I am here to assist you. My ultimate goal is to help you, and to be honest, my real goal is for you NOT TO BE HERE!! :) I hope you have the same goal... I look forward to hearing from you. Please reach out with any questions or concerns.
