Introduction

I know the pain of struggling with an eating disorder and body image issues. I know the agony of the constant diet cycle and body hatred. I can help you navigate your recovery journey. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (Licensed in Texas and Louisiana) and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist. I love to work with individuals, couples, and families to help bring healing on this tough road. I am also EMDR trained and use this amazing therapy modality to help people heal from trauma, including the trauma of body image struggles. You will know from the second I meet you that I believe in your ability to recover. I try to keep therapy, less therapy-ish. I want you to feel as comfortable as humanly possible while we begin your recovery journey. I use a lot of exercises, metaphors, and stories to keep things fun and relatable. I work hard to create a welcoming space where you can be you.
