Hi. I’m Cat Fite. I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. More specifically I am someone who listens and cares about what you’re feeling and the change you want to make in your life and relationships. I help individuals and couples become more connected, close, and satisfied with themselves, their relationships, and their sexual experiences. My years of experience in counseling using Emotionally Focused Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and sex therapy uniquely prepare me to help you address the areas of change you’d like to make in your life.
