Cameron Eshgh

Cameron Eshgh (they/them) is the Clinical Director at Therapy Insights Practice and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with two master's degrees in counseling, including one from Columbia University. As a nonbinary, first-generation Middle Eastern American, Cameron provides a holistic and affirming approach to therapy, guiding clients through a wide range of challenges. They specialize in areas such as complex and religious trauma, existential angst, grief, and navigating ethical non-monogamy (ENM) and poly relationships. Cameron’s therapeutic style integrates somatic therapies, parts work, mindfulness, and both Eastern and Western philosophies. Their approach combines various techniques, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
