Introduction

I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Laurel, MD and surrounding areas. I am passionate about helping others uncover various feelings and strengthen their ability to implement effective coping techniques. I obtained my Master of Social Work degree in 2007 and ever since, I have assisted many adults and children with reviving themselves and understanding the importance of self-discovery and self-compassion. As a therapist, I enjoy taking a holistic approach to therapy, as it allows for sessions to embrace and work with the client as a whole entity. However, I am trained in an array of therapeutic techniques and interventions which will allow me to meet the client where they are and provide support accordingly.
