Introduction

If you struggle with adult or childhood trauma, I’m here to help. Accepting who you are and “turning off” your feelings of agitation, hopelessness, and disconnect is my specialty. Your thoughts and dreams should not agitate. They should invigorate. My passion is treating past trauma, whether in childhood or adult. My methodology to address trauma has its foundations in Dr. Eric Gentry’s hierarchy which starts with having a solid therapeutic trust and alliance. I strongly believe my clients must feel a supportive acceptance to truly engage in transformative change. In addition, I am trained and certified in using the Trauma Regulation Integration Process (TRIP) for complex trauma and PTSD. My approach is direct yet not rigid. I will walk alongside you on your journey and identify new strategies to help you remember your wholeness and feel free in your life. *Trained clinician with Military/Fire/LE services personnel.
