Introduction

I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist and I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with eating disorders. I am passionate about joining my clients on their journey to food freedom, body acceptance, and healing past trauma and pains. While approaching my clients from a trauma-informed lens, I also work to empower my clients on their process. I am currently working towards certification as a certified eating disorder specialist and certified EMDR therapist. I have worked with the eating disorder population for 5+ years. I specialize working with co-occurring disorders. I apply the following modalities when working with clients: psychodynamic approach, DBT, CBT, ERP, mindfulness, and systems. If you have been considering starting therapy, have been struggling with your mood, or are finding yourself struggling to regulate your emotion - let's chat and see if we'd be a good fit.
