With 15 years of experience providing direct care, I have a firm belief that we cannot talk about adversities, setbacks, failures, or traumas, without acknowledging resilience as well. My goal is to help my clients shift from stress and anxiety to realizing their inner strength and external resources to overcome obstacles. I specialize in helping my clients maintain optimal health and wellbeing by identifying and disarming patterns and triggers, while also providing the necessary tools for healing and transformation. I strive to utilize an individually-tailored, culturally responsive, integrated approach to wellness, while also providing the highest quality treatment. As a native of Ghana, West Africa, I also have experience and interest in working with individuals and their families facing immigration challenges related to identity, biculturalism, and acculturation.
