Introduction

Hi! I'm Ashley, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), and Certified Brain Health Professional (CBHP) based in Pompano Beach, Florida. I graduated from Florida Atlantic University's Social Work program and have 15 years of experience in the mental health field - working with diverse clientele from prison inmates to foster children to those undergoing treatments for a cancer diagnosis. In addition to individual therapy, I've spoken at several medical institutions to discuss the impact of cancer, chronic illness, and rare disease on mental health. These institutions include MD Anderson Cancer Center, UCLA, UC Davis, Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, StupidCancer, The Desmoid Tumor Research Foundation, and more. Having undergone multiple rounds of treatment for a sarcoma diagnosis myself, I understand the effects of stress and trauma from a personal perspective, as well as a clinical standpoint. As a result of my personal and professional experience, I believe in a holistic, mind-and-body approach to healing and care deeply about helping you navigate through and heal from life's difficult experiences. *Christian counseling available upon request* **Please email to request Ashley for your next speaking engagement**
